Happy Fathers Day
First off let me say that we give the Lord praise for all He has done and all He is doing in the Lives of the saints of God.  This is a very special weekend coming up.  Let me say to all of the Fathers from myself and the entire NLCIWC we would like to say HAPPY FATHERS DAY, to every father or man that has stepped in to be a father to someone other than you own natural children. May I also add to every mother who is and has been doing double duty for whatever reasons.  God See's you and will either give you the strength you need or send you some help. In Jesus name we believe that be blessed and stay encouraged all...................PP
Father The position and authority of the father as the head of the family are expressly assumed and sanctioned in Scripture, as a likeness of that of the Almighty over his creatures. It lies of course at the root of that so-called patriarchal government, Gene 3:16; 1 Cor 11:3 which was introductory to the more definite systems which followed, and which in part, but not wholly, superseded it. The father's blessing was regarded as conferring special benefit, but his malediction special injury, on those on whom it fell, Gene 9:25, 27; 27:27-40; 48:15, 20; 49. and so also the sin of a parent was held to affect, in certain cases, the welfare of his descendants. 2 Kin 5:27 The command to honor parents is noticed by St. Paul as the only one of the Decalogue which bore a distinct promise, Exod 20:12; Ephe 6:2 and disrespect towards them was condemned by the law as one of the worst crimes. Exod 21:15, 17; 1 Tim 1:9 It is to this well-recognized theory of parental authority and supremacy that the very various uses of the term "father" in Scripture are due. "Fathers" is used in the sense of seniors, Acts 7:2; 22:1 and of parents in general, or ancestors. Dan 5:2; Jere 27:7; Matt 23:30, 32

Time To Recover all.
(PART 1) In 1Samuel 30:1-8 David had been out @ war and he is now returning back home to Ziglag he sees that the Amalekites had invaded South Ziglag and burned it with fire. They had taken Davids two wives and the children of the city.  The bible says that David and his men cried until the Had no more power to weep. And just as some of us have cried over somethings that have happened to us.  We have all suffered some loses @  one time or another, now after David had cried until he couldn't cry any more.  The people who he was leading now have turned on him and are talking about stoning him.

Isn't it amazing when things are going good people are all with you and they are on your side but as soon as things go a little different then we planned people will change.  While all this was going on David, began to encourage himself in the Lord his God, and we have to be able to reflect back @ how the Lord brought us out of other things in the past and he will deliver us out of anything that we may be going through.  We just have to trust him and know that He is God and he is able to bring us out of any situation that may arise.

Who is HE to you?
13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven

Matt 16:13-19 (KJV)

Speak to those things
1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, 2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. 3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. 4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. 5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: 6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD. 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. 8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. 9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army

Ezek 37:1-10 (KJV)

God told EZEKIEL to Prophesy to the Bones then God told him Prophesy to the Wind. So I share this with you look @ the things in you life that would appear to be dead. And you Know God did not say it was over look Speak the Word of God to the Atmosphere and watch God resurrect them.....PP

Think it not strange......
12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

1 Peter 4:12-13 (KJV )

Some times trials come not to knock us down or knock us out.  But they come to make us strong and everything that happens to us isn't always the devil. And remember that Christ suffered for us so if we have to suffer for him it is worth it because we are living to hear him say well done............PP

We Must Live Holy and get to Work
14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: 15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. 17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: 18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot

1 Peter 1:14-19 (KJV)

This word is almost never used in the house of God (HOLY) in regards to how the people of God should live. The scripture talks about us not fashioning ourselves on our former lust.  So as Paul said forget those things which are behind you and press towards the mark. And the God is looking @ our works and that's what he is judging us on so my advise is lets get to WORK WORK WORK.............PP
